Getting Started
To kick off your project, you’ll meet with our product team, where we’ll dive into your goals and vision. Whether it’s a fresh idea or an existing platform you’re looking to expand, your product manager will help you find the best starting point. From there, you’ll join our design team for a strategy meeting, where we’ll present a detailed blueprint outlining exactly what we’ll build, so you’ll have a clear picture of the path ahead.
Research & Development
Before development begins, your product manager will work closely with you to explore your vision, researching feasibility and identifying the resources needed to bring it to life. We’ll provide you with a clear technical overview, as well as an estimated timeline and quote, helping you confidently make informed decisions and laying a solid foundation for the project’s success.
Feedback & Updates
Throughout the development process, you’ll have a dedicated project coordinator who keeps you in the loop with regular updates at each stage. These updates aren’t just to inform—they’re also a chance for you to share feedback, so we can ensure the project stays aligned with your vision. Additionally, you can access a client dashboard, where you can check the status of your project and get notified of new advancements.
Launch Preparation
We’ll make sure you’re fully prepared for a smooth launch. Once we start development, we’ll provide you with a list of everything you’ll need to get started. This might include setting up an Apple and/or Google Play developer account, securing necessary licenses, or obtaining a DUNS number for verification. Whatever the requirements, we’ll guide you through each step to successfully launch your project on time.

PHASE 1
Discovery
Over a series of consultations we’ll get to know you and your project in order to outline its unique goals and needs. We take into account details like budget, timeline, technical feasibility, as well as trajectory and desired growth.
Reporting & Transparency
Here at Finally Free, we believe in a transparent approach to software development. We don’t just inform our clients—we get them involved.
Detailed Module Reports
Stay fully informed on your project’s progress with our detailed module reports. Once a module is complete, we’ll send you a link to a page that lists each completed feature along with an explanation and a video showing it in action in test mode. In addition to this module report we’ll include a test link, where you can log in and try out each feature firsthand. If you happen to find that something is not working correctly, we also include directions for communicating bugs. Then, our developers will locate the issue and take action!
Project Support Meetings
At any stage, you have the ability to schedule a meeting with the team to ask questions regarding the project’s progression or articulate your feedback over a meeting. To schedule your meeting, contact your project coordinator or visit our support link.
