Conceived by therapists for therapists, Pinpoint is a handy app that assists clinicians in diagnosing their patients. Citing the DSM and other medically significant resources, Pinpoint shortens the amount of time it takes to identify and categorize mental illnesses by using open-ended details.

Qualitative Input
Pinpoint’s open-ended information format allows the user to enter any and all information relevant to the patient’s diagnosis. This helps the user accurately represent the patient, as describing mental health can be highly complex and oftentimes different from person to person.
When directly sharing basic symptoms, pinpoint shortens the time it takes to complete this action by employing a “choose all that apply” selection.
Trained AI Responses
Incorporating all of the information the user entered at the start of the new conversation, Pinpoint arrives at the most likely diagnosis. This diagnosis is determined using the DSM and other medically significant resources.
As the user discovers more about the patient and enters new details into the conversation, Pinpoint will update its diagnosis with the inclusion of all new information. Users have the ability to save conversations to continually update as the patient profile changes over time.
Student and Clinician Plans
Pinpoint is a valuable resource for both licensed clinicians and students alike. That’s why the Pinpoint team wanted to provide a way for students to access the app more easily.
When a user creates an account with their student email address, or email address ending in .edu, they will have the option to proceed with the student membership.
The student membership was created with the needs of students in mind—a more affordable membership price billed once per semester.
