Recipes and Workouts
In Total Weight Loss, users can explore a “recipes” tab and a “workouts” tab. Premium users unlock the full library, while free users can access a few rotating options. Each recipe displays its macros, ingredients, and preparation steps, while each workout provides suggested stretches and exercises with hyperlinked demonstrations.
This helps users easily find and follow their exercise and meal plans, offering flexibility and guidance whether they’re cooking healthy meals or completing a workout.
Goal Tracking
As users tap the “plus” button on a recipe, they can add its macro info to their daily goals, or tap it on a workout to log the workout’s duration.
The daily goals tab provides a checklist of meals and cumulative macros tracked throughout the day. The weekly goals tab allows users to log their weight, energy levels, and mood once per week.
This feature helps users stay organized and monitor progress on their fitness journey by easily tracking meals, exercise, and overall well-being in one place.
Admin Panel
Administrators can manage the entire library of recipes and workouts, adding or removing items as needed. They also control which recipes and workouts are available for free users, rotating new selections into the free access pool.
This feature ensures fresh, updated content for users while allowing the administrator to tailor the app’s offerings to meet user preferences and goals, enhancing the app’s flexibility and keeping the experience dynamic for both free and premium users.
